LACUNY Roundtables allow librarians to focus on specific aspects of librarianship and are driven by membership interests. Below are a list of both active and dormant roundtables.
Roundtable meetings and sponsored events are open to all LACUNY members. Roundtables should convene at least once per semester and host 1 event per year. At the end of each year, active roundtable chairs should submit a brief summary of activities to be included in the annual report compiled by the President. For more information on roundtables, consult the LACUNY Bylaws.
Roundtable Reimbursements: Reimbursements for refreshments and honorariums are available. Submit requests for reimbursements online or print out and submit this form to the treasurer. Please note $50 is the maximum reimbursement for regular roundtable/committee meetings. To apply for additional funding for special events, roundtable chairs should submit a proposal to the LACUNY Executive Council for prior approval.
